Rang the "doorbell" at this place (which is weird) and no one answered. Called them while waiting at the door and no one answered the phone. The voicemail also said I could "text" the phone number i called... what? This place is a joke.
Yikes. I so badly want New Ulm to have successful restaurants and bars, but this one has missed the mark (by a landslide) each and every time and I finally decided to leave a review in hopes they try to make positive changes for their future customers. I think Rush exists because people are too scared to be honest because there are so few dining options in the area; or maybe some people have never had a genuinely great dining experience so they have nothing to compare it to(?). Service was good, they found a spot for us to eat even though they were very busy! Food was rough. Potato chips burned so bad I can't believe they sent them out. Pizza was bland and another review mentions they thought it was canned chicken, I'd have to agree. Rush needs to fix it's menu. Shocked it was that full after being open for over a year, maybe there's so few options in New Ulm?
