Functioning as if it were the 20th century. Doesn’t accept digital payment, no communication ever, and has tons of personal reasons why services are falling short of expectations.
Lived at there University Blvd apartments for 5 years. For the price when I moved in it was pretty good. But it was the bare minimum there was no dishwasher in the unit and the share laundry was pretty crappy but it was 995 when I moved in. But then the place just started falling apart. Chunks of concrete would fall off the 2 floor hallways all the time. Went and viewed a property paid to have credit pulled and reached out to see if we were approved. Was told right at the point of approval and non approval to rent. Re spoke with owner and she asked questioned and told me she would send over final paperwork for move in. Never received email called multiple times and left voicemails. Literally was ghosted after paying ect. Wouldn’t recommend to do business with.
