Rush Properties does not talk to you verbally. They do not answer their phone or call you back when requested. You must text or email. They returned my security deposit after taking $95 for nail holes and $150 for "stains on carpet" when I asked for picture proof of the stains you couldn't see anything. I have move out photos of proof. I guess they just bank on you not doing anything. The list for move out did not mention nail holes. It said wall damage fist size or bigger $95. They are very nice and helpful. The go beyond to help you to get things straight. Awesome handy man. Would recommend to anyone that is needing nice apt with nice neighbors and good landlord.
