I am pleased with the care they've provided my son since he was two months. Although, he wasn't born at Rush. He was born premature and needed real pediatric care in which the previous hospital couldn't provide. My son is now 15 and is still a patient of Rush. He loves his doctor too. Dr.Q! Thanks again.
The doctors/practitioners I don't have an issue with; they're good. But the office still require masks for everyone, even if you're just coming in for a check up which is ridiculous and unacceptable. We are years out of the pandemic, and at this point it's very obviously ideological bullying. Also, the operations are bad, I had to wait in line for a while just for a receptionist to show up.
