First, I want to say that Dr. Gina Lowell is truly exceptional. She is the reason we made the long trip, and I don’t want to discredit her in any way. She made my son feel comfortable in a situation where he normally wouldn’t, and her care was outstanding and truly impactful. Unfortunately, the office staff was a very different experience. If you love waiting over an hour in an empty room with a sick toddler, before having to physically find a staff member to remember you exist, this is the place for you. If you prefer a team that cares and more reasonable wait times. Go elsewhere
Pointless to make an appointment here, wait times are too long and they don't even have facilities to do the labs needed for a newborn. Why schedule newborn visits here if we get sent to the professional building anyway to do the other half of care?
