They are terrible. My kids have been coming here for the longest and it seems each year has gotten worse smh it’s sad. They wouldn’t even give my son and earlier appointment to see an othamologist due to the nurse not putting a note saying it was urgent we had been to the er twice and they did not care ended up having to take him to a different hospital to be seen… what if my son vision was in danger smh sad terrible
The Dr was nice. The receptionist is horrible. She definitely needs to get some customer service training or get replaced. If you hate your job then quit, no reason for ur attitude and face if you don’t want to help patients. There r tons of jobs available from your home. Let’s start with you walk in no one acknowledges you. No hello no nothing. Then I came to check in she’s like I need some time. Like lady there r ways to say things. Relax.
