I love going to Mrs. Ashley office
I am extremely disappointed by how an elderly patient was treated while trying to pay his hospital bill. He has suffered a stroke and simply asked whether there was a discount for paying in cash. Instead of answering him respectfully, the employees laughed at him and embarrassed him. When they told him his bill was $1,000, he explained that it was actually $100 and that he had the money with him. The staff did amazing by helping and moving us in and out quickly. I was expecting a great delay with the amount of sickness that had been going on. It was a positive experience by all the staff we came across A teddy bear brought by housekeeping, a bottle brought by the nurse The xray techs were gentle, the nurses were great and took care of us all the way up until we left
