Get all the way here just for my doctor to not be here due to him calling off. This the second time this happened to me. I’m a very punctual person and do not wait until the exact time to come to my appointment. Rush should have a system where they cancel appts at home or get in contact with patients before making them travel all the way to this work building.
The medical providers are fine, if you can get in to see them and if they show up. Be prepared to be on hold for long periods trying to make appointments, have your appointments cancelled, and be left in exam rooms for an hour without being seen.
Dr. Jagasia is one of the best doctors I've ever seen in any discipline. His gentle demeanor does not prevent him from giving clear and concise information as he examines. I highly recommend him!
Had a horrible experience, was thrown out, threatened to call security. I'm a senior and the disrespect was unbelievable! Marixa, needs to be fired immediately!
