The worse front desk service ! Every time I request for my labs paperwork it takes me a month to get them ! I don’t understand what is so dificulta for them to sent it to me or put them on my church? Today is my second call my appointment is in two weeks and still nothing ! This is just ridiculous ! How I’m going to have an appointment without the reason I going to ( my sugar, Kirby, thyroid etc check )?
They refuse to answer any messages sent through the Rush app. These are triaged by call centers that decide if they will pass them on to your doctor. Despite sending messages that my heart condition landed me in the ER, no one followed up. When I’ve been requesting medication refills that are running out, no one will answer my messages to refill vital prescriptions. They absolutely ignore patients! I made a wellness visit appointment with Dr. Koop back in November. The first date I could get was in February - no big deal because it wasn't urgent. Then they called me last week to say the doctor needed to reschedule and offered the first available appointment which was at the end of May. I guess I'll just find a new practice. I really liked Dr. Koop but this rate, it could take me 2 years to get an appointment for an annual physical. I wish medical practices made it easier for patients to schedule wellness visits.
