Despite sending messages that my heart condition landed me in the ER, no one followed up. I made a wellness visit appointment with Dr. Koop back in November. The first date I could get was in February - no big deal because it wasn't urgent. Then they called me last week to say the doctor needed to reschedule and offered the first available appointment which was at the end of May. I guess I'll just find a new practice. I really liked Dr. Koop but this rate, it could take me 2 years to get an appointment for an annual physical. I wish medical practices made it easier for patients to schedule wellness visits.
