Update 3/25/25: Based on an experience I had recently, I would never agree to be admitted to this hospital again unless it was an very urgent medical emergency and I had no other viable alternative. Their ER, wound care, and medical capabillities overall are quite good, but some other parts of the hospital experience don't come close to matching it. Had a good experience. Void of being sick. They got me in quick (wed night). Seemed to care. Took my temp several times (I had a fever). Took extra steps to make sure it's not pneumonia. Overall glad.

If the emergency area, as its name suggests, is something immediate, I don't understand why the nurses and doctors take so long. It's all a process to care for a patient who is there because they really need it. The nurses, doctors, and everyone who works in the emergency area have too many administrative tasks to do, and what happens is that they don't care for the patients. Horrible hospital, do not come here. Nurse practitioner and registered nurse in ER both ignored my pain. They send me back home saying I had a stomach bug. I had go to another hospital to get an emergency surgery for gallbladder removal. Called patient relations. They are a joke, Robin from patient relations started yelling over the phone because I wanted her to tell me the address my grievance letter was sent to, she refused to give it to me.
