Seriously 2.5 stars. No way… What I have learned about the US healthcare system from this place is that quality of care is not important but perceived access is. The people who work here seem very nice and frankly the conditions are disgraceful. So hats off to them for keeping it together. Leaving here feeling sick and I wasn’t the patient. Drive the 20 Min to Elmhurst, the only challenge there is the parking.

Terrible service people should NEVER have to wait 4+ hours in the EMERGENCY ROOM and still not be seen I will not be coming back

This was by far the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. The communication was poor, and I felt completely ignored throughout my stay. Instead of receiving care and support, I was left frustrated, stressed, and disappointed. I would never choose this hospital again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality patient care.

This ER will not help you. You will wait in the ER for 5 hours without being seen. You will have a better chance of just dying in the waiting room. My 74 mother with dementia was not seen after waiting 5 hours of waiting. They were well aware she hasn’t eaten in 5 days and when she eats she can’t hold anything down. The did not care. The felt more annoyed that people even showed up in there ER. Go to any hospital but this one. They should have 0 stars. Heartless hospital.
