Dr. Fox is fantastic; the new "patient access call center" is a joke. Just another needless layer between patient and provider. It's infuriating. Does Rush even care about patients anymore?
Incredibly disappointed with the continued apathetic and unprofessional treatment received at this medical facility! I was refused service in 2020 because of covid like symptoms and since again a number of times! It was a shame that i had to endure the effects of covid with no treatment initially and a number of times since covid became a global pandemic. The doctors are great but the front desk has a disgusting attitude for no reason. I called before hand KNOWING I would have to wait for her appointment since it was later in the day but hoping they would be able see her sooner since she’s visibly sick(with a negative COVID) The lady was upset I wanted to wait in the waiting room or something. Have you tried calling and requested to speak directly to your doctors office?? They will tell you that your speaking to your doctors office, when your actually speaking to their call center. The call center are rude and have very little customer service experience. Rush has a policy that patients are not to be transferred over to the physicians office even if the patient has requested. It was a nightmare for me when I needed to call and get a hold of my doctors office to get an immediate health care concern or a questions. ... read more
