Had a procedure done on Nov.21,2024. Was asked to pay my annual fee of $150.00 which I did. My insurance paid the bill my portion was only 85.00, I have tried repeatedly to get my 65.00 refunded. Because they have a third party billing here THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO!! The young girl at the desk Marisa took my phone and email and said someone would call, its been 2 months. I couldn’t have imagined a better surgical experience despite the stressors that come with having surgery. The facility is very well-run and everyone, from the front desk to the recovery room team, was so incredibly nice and professional. Both my nurses Olivia and Katelyn were fantastic. Dr Cole is simply amazing, his PA Kyle is top-notch, and the anesthesiology team was great.
I had compartment release surgery here yesterday with Dr. Lin. I was so nervous on my way there but every single person I encountered made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The nurse, Maggie, who prepped me was so kind and I could tell she cares about her job. Anesthesiologists were great and walked me through each step. I wish I remembered the woman’s name who actually took me to the OR but she talked to me the whole time before I was put under and took so much stress off of me. Overall wonderful experience.

Emma, my nurse for the day, was very nice. Everything else was great.
