I’m about 3 weeks post-op after Dr. Craig Della Valle did a hip resurfacing surgery on me at the Rush Oakbrook Surgical Center. The outcome, so far, has been fantastic. I’m from New Mexico, and opted to fly to Chicago to have this procedure done. I am very happy that I did. This facility is incredibly well thought out. My nurses and staff were awesome. Kudos to Becca and Nicole. I felt like a queen well taken care of from the moment I arrived to discharge. I appreciated the friendliness and such care. The center is beautiful and very clean I would return.
Rush Oak Brook Surgery Center - a fabulous, streamlined facility with professional and friendly staff. But most of all, over-the-top terrific doctors at the peak of their skill set. Notably Dr. Matthew Jaycox and Dr.Timothy Lubenow, I’ve been blessed to have them help me get back on my feet.
Had a procedure done on Nov.21,2024. Was asked to pay my annual fee of $150.00 which I did. My insurance paid the bill my portion was only 85.00, I have tried repeatedly to get my 65.00 refunded. Because they have a third party billing here THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO!! The young girl at the desk Marisa took my phone and email and said someone would call, its been 2 months.
