I would recommend going somewhere else if you have a work comp claim for a serious injury, or what would be deemed a difficult case such as a reinjury or exacerbation of previous injuries. Bob Rush retired after signing a contract for my representation, and then pushed me off to a less experienced Tony Olson. I gave Mr. Rush an opportunity to make good on our agreement and he refused showing his lack of integrity.
