I went to a scheduled appointment to discuss wrist/arm pain and they had scheduled me with a headache specialist who obviously could not help me. When this error was recognized they scheduled me for an appointment with an appropriate doctor, but now weeks later they are billing me for a skin biopsy which we had discussed but did not occur. Now I’m going to waste hours in phone calls trying to fight a bill for a procedure that I never received. 1 star, stop wasting my time, do not recommend

I've been going to Rush Neurology for nearly twenty years. Overall it has been a very bad experience. Particularly due to the behavior of Dr. Michael Smith. I feel as though it is well known Dr. Smith has a history of inappropriate behavior. But the last few years it's gotten absolutely terrible. I can promise you that Rush Neurology is not a good neurology department--I would recommend avoiding them. After waiting a month for your steak, the waiter comes out with a little slither of a slim jim from the dollar shop. That’s what it feels like. I have literally asked him the same simple yes or no ques... read more

They kept rescheduling me and I was very generous and patient in rescheduling my dates. Until they tried to reschedule me late January. I booked in June.

I went in for an MRI. The results came back on my chart and were reviewed by the care team. The results stated there was something concerning and that I needed a follow up. However I was NEVER called back to talk about my results or schedule an appointment. I called the office three times, each time they said someone would get back to me but no one EVER did. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
