AWFUL ER! Don't go here if you need immediate care go anywhere else. I waited 5 hours AFTER triage to be seen for severe pain in my chest and back with shortness of breath. Not only did no one check on me they dismissed my symptoms with "everyone is here for something". After seeing them do the same to others including a guy who's finger was literally bleeding through the bandage from a power tool injury, I gave up and went across town to another hospital. Horrible experience with Rush Medical Office Building. Primary care was fine, chose to get a simple elective procedure done here and they billed my insurance and me as if it the procedure was done in the hospital. Never set foot in the hospital, it was a 30 minute procedure performed entirely within the office building. Rush ended up sending to collections and refused to negotiate beyond a paltry 10% discount (in this case, $65). I ended up paying over $400 more than I should have.
Got seen on time always a bonus at staff were great
The parking situation is atrocious! They make the convenient lot only for valet parking and then have you waiting for over 30 minutes to get your car. Avoid coming here if possible!
