I took my dad here this morning so he could get an MRI. Mind you with got there early since he is an anxious fella (9:45 for 10am appt) & he got called back at 10:10am. The tech, Kelly, was really friendly & kind to him, offering him a blanket, making sure he was comfortable, & just provided overall pleasant small talk & care. I think my dad was pleased with his visit too as we were done in about 20 minutes & he was calm throughout. Thanks for the great service!

scheduled a neuro appt for july 14th, as recommended I made the appt FAR in advance on april 10th. they called to cancel with no reason provided, only that the doctor was no longer available. couldn't offer me anything sooner than mid-october to replace my appt. really disappointing and inconsiderate.
Unfortunately I have had several significant administrative issues with Rush providers working out of this building. I feel like every time I see a provider there's some issue I have to sort out: 1. Failure to bill insurance prior to issuing a bill to me more than once, requiring me to call and arrange for billing or self pay a huge bill 2. Improper billing of insurance so multiple claims were processed out of network, again requiring me to call and fix it or eat a huge bill 3. Inconsistent ordering of lab tests. Awful experience with the male receptionist who was trying to sign me in for my appointment that my mother scheduled. We arrive only for him to deny that I had an appt scheduled under my name and birthdate even thought the doctor office called and scheduled the appointment with me and my mom for today. He takes a very rude tone with us and insisting that it’s not possible that we have the appt bc nothing is showing up on the computer.
