I really like Jessica Vaughn, NP, however, I have trouble getting through to the clinic at all. The referral system is shoddy now thst Ochsner has taken over. The phone line to the clinic in Livingston either goes straight to a busy signal or voice mail. My insurance company was able to leave a message for me on Tuesday but they have not called me and now it's Thursday. I had to change to a doctor in Aliceville.
Love the staff at Livingston and the only place we will go.
Drive 2 hours to bring my son who attends college there for a sick visit. He was a walk-in, however we arrived at 8a.m. and waited almost 1.5 hrs to be seen. I understand appt are priority but you would think a sick visit is as well. I think an ER visit would've been better than the wait here. No priority over sick patients I'm a registered nurse and this is unacceptable! Thanks to the receptionist who was an advocate for us!
