I set up a online new patient appointment for my 3 year old with Thames and got everything confirmed. I specifically looked for a pediatrician. She was who was available and I triple checked everything. Only to be called 4 hours later and be informed that EVERYTHING about the woman on the ochsner web portal is false. So people of collinsville if your child is hurt dont even waste your time here they will just give you a number to another office that isnt accepting new patients.
This facility seems to not accommodate anyone that is NOT local. With a waiting room of 2 people I was told they were full. I'm from Florida. My sister is from Alaska and tried twice to get medical attention there and was also turned away stating they were too busy. As a medical professional myself I found that very appalling. I've never had a fast track clinic refuse to provide care.
