I would have rated 0 stars but not an option. Warning to potential customers - this business does not live up to their commitments. Scheduled an appointment window in advance then hours before they call to switch from afternoon to morning. I explained I couldn't switch. Guess what their option was? They said technician could show up early and wait. But I would have to pay for him to wait for me to get home. So let me get this right - I pay extra for him to wait because you changed my appointment window to be more convenient ... read more
