I was a self-contracted courier with this company and was not compensated for last several airport runs which were very long runs. These runs were worth a substantial amount of money.
They are horrible! What a nightmare! They claim they were to deliver my luggage at 2pm, I never saw it again!
I am a travel agent and have used this service when I had a later flight back home after a cruise. IT IS THE BEST AND VERY RELIABLE AND INEXPENSIVE !!! I plan to use it again in one week after another cruise is completed and my flight is hours after the ships docks in the port of New Orleans. The people who run it are simply wonderful and I trust them delivering my luggage when they say they will. Use this service and have NO regrets................You will use them again when in the Port of New Orleans.
