My PCP moved here and I followed her since she’s my favorite doctor. However, this review is in regards to Rebecca the CNA. She is so personable and has great bedside manner. She made me feel comfortable during my visit and she eased my anxiety about needles for a vaccine. Give her a raise!
Twice you hung up on me after I had to be questioned by a robot voice for 4 minutes. I give up. I’ll have to make the trip to the doctors office to talk to the receptionist
We followed Dr Suleiman from the Oak Brook location to Hinsdale. It's a 32 mile one way trip for us. Dr Suleman is a serious caring physician. He is very knowledgeable and goes that one extra step beyond for his patient. He listens, follows up and is non judgemental! . He responds to the "My Chart" questions we post in a timely manner. We always leave his office feeling we have been acknowledged, and taken care, so that a good quality of life may continue.
My child's ped had moved here and I'm glad I chose to follow. It was our first time at this location. The receptionist greeted us coming in and leaving. The nurse was so kind too. (I wish I caught their names) I felt comfortable bringing my child. Really hope it continues to be that way!
