We love renting from this company
Of the places we have rented from, we have liked RH the best! Our Greenbrier duplex has been one of the best places we have lived. :) highly recommend.
Watch out for their automatic lease renewal. Telling them you plan to move don't work. Be sure to send them a CERTIFIED letter so you have proof you gave notice to not renew a year lease. He will refuse to rent the house and sue you for thousands of dollars.
horrible greedy people who only want your money...
I am currently in a house without air conditioning. I called the "emergency" number for Rush-Hal because I have a 5 month old baby who already has medical problems and need my air conditioning fixed immediately. Our son just came home from a 97 day NICU stay and the last thing I should have to worry about is not having air conditioning in this heat. I was told someone would come out tomorrow. I'm sorry but that is not good enough. I had to go to Wal-Mart to buy more fans in an attempt to cool down my house. I am hurt by the ... read more

This is by far the best place to rent in Maumelle. There are some drawbacks: railroad tracks right behind some of the townhouses, the police and fire stations are directly across, if it rains heavily, you may have tot move your car. However, the property manager is fabulous! He is always willing to help and goes out of his way to make the property stay looking nice.
