I rented a home from this company and overall had a good living experience. The homes are well built, though there isn’t much greenery aside from the bushes placed on the property. During my time there, I only needed to contact maintenance once, and they were prompt and handled the issue efficiently. I would not recommend this apartment complex due to ongoing maintenance issues and poor management responsiveness. Since moving in, l've dealt with persistent problems including leaks, poorly done paint jobs, and general disrepair. Multiple areas of the apartment clearly needed attention before I moved in, but instead of being properly addressed, they were simply painted over (such as hair painted over) or patched up temporarily. I have personally rented from Rush Hal a few times and they’re very on top of their maintenance and they always are happy to help. Moving in between homes in this company was super easy and painless. The people of the front are very tenured and dedicate time to work as long as they have to to make sure the tenants are cared for. As far as quality, They are the best.
