I have personally rented from Rush Hal a few times and they’re very on top of their maintenance and they always are happy to help. Moving in between homes in this company was super easy and painless. The people of the front are very tenured and dedicate time to work as long as they have to to make sure the tenants are cared for. As far as quality, They are the best. Excellent properties and great customer service. They worked with us for an emergency rental during repairs to our home. They were kind and helpful and worked well with us and our insurance.company. The property was well built and in really good condition. The one maintenance issue we had during our 4 months stay was taken care of the same day we reported it.
I am so tired of your company buying land and removing every single tree. Do you have no concept of how the removal of trees affects the climate and environment? It's so sad looking at your newly developed cookie cutter subdivisions and there being no tree in sight. There is more to life than assets and profits. People shouldn't have to go to a park so they can sit under a tree or so their kids can play near one.
We have been renting from Rush Hal for ever half a decade. They have always been prompt with maintenance and repairs, super friendly staff, and have made renting an enjoyable process. You hear horror stories of other landlords and property managers and I'm happy to say our experience has been nothing but a wonderful. Thank you Rush hal!!
