I rented a home from this company and overall had a good living experience. The homes are well built, though there isn’t much greenery aside from the bushes placed on the property. During my time there, I only needed to contact maintenance once, and they were prompt and handled the issue efficiently. I also never had any issues with rental payments or communication during my tenancy. That said, I feel it’s important to share my experience regarding the security deposit. I would not recommend this apartment complex due to ongoing maintenance issues and poor management responsiveness. Since moving in, l've dealt with persistent problems including leaks, poorly done paint jobs, and general disrepair. Multiple areas of the apartment clearly needed attention before I moved in, but instead of being properly addressed, they were simply painted over (such as hair painted over) or patched up temporarily.
