If it's possible to have a great colonoscopy, I did. Every single person I interacted with made eye contact, was professional and made me feel like I was in good hands. It went without a hitch and was far more pleasant than the prep itself.
The worst. I had my procedure done three weeks ago and my follow up appointment is in November. So I guess I’m supposed to figure out my own health issues until then. They did at least proscribe some medications for my issue but no info on my condition. Now if I could find someone to tell me why I’m on the meds. Thank god for YouTube. Rush gastro is clearly overwhelmed. Phone tag with the nurse sucks.
Came in after a GERD diagnosis. I was interested in learning more about it. This is supposed to be a life long chronic condition so information is key. I was basically told the generic “ Sleep elevated don’t eat 3-4 hours before bed, no chocolate, coffee, spicy food, onions, garlic and fatty or fried foods.” I wasn’t given much else in terms of information.
