I visited the Rush Experience yesterday with my aunt (she’s a member) and have to say the owners Doug & Jess genuinely care about helping people meet their fitness goals. If I lived in Flagler County, I would sign up in a heartbeat. The vibes and energy here make a huge difference to the experience compared to a big box gym.

This gym has become more than the best decision for my health, they have become family. Doug & Jess helped me lose 30 lbs in one year but I accomplished way more than I ever thought was possible. Gyms are gyms; the true difference of Rush Experience is the tremendous care and careful coaching of Jessica and Doug. You will be challenged but they always take into consideration any limitations and health. Even while I am 60+ years old, they have guided me through ever increasing results in Spartan, Savage, and other competitions. I give them a very hearty recommendation!
The community at Rush is like no other. There’s no judgment—just encouragement. Everyone celebrates your wins, whether it's your first push-up or a new personal best. As a woman starting from scratch, I always felt safe, supported, and empowered. If you’re thinking about trying CrossFit but feel unsure or out of place, Rush is the perfect place to start.
