Update: Rush continues to consider the failure disclose the side effects of a procedure “proper care”. If you ever have an issue with them, do not listen to their patient relations department (Robin) or practice manager (Willy). Do yourself a favor and contact a legal professional. My perception is they are just there to provide lip service and protect their staff. They don’t seem care about what harm might have been caused and improving. I can’t speak for everyone, but I do not recommend Dr. Megha Trivedi. She did not fully explain and grossly understated the side effects of a procedure. If she did her job properly, I would not have consented to the procedure. I am now stuck with the outcome for now.Customer relations only seems to care about protecting their staff and not the patient.
I had very good luck with the front desk, Brianna Johnson, Jordan Neal and nurse Kyle Morris for there going above and beyond for there help and services
