Such great classes while I was visiting!
I got invited to Rush by a couple of close friends and I had no idea what to expect… but I was immediately hooked. I have chronic pain and ADHD. It’s been difficult for me throughout my life to find ANY form of exercise that I enjoy, don’t find boring and that doesn’t agitate my back pain. Rush Cycle St Pete is truly a community for everyone and anyone. It doesn’t matter how fit you are, how my classes you’ve gone to before, etc. every single person in that room is rooting for you and supporting you. The instructors and staff are so beyond friendly. Never once did I feel intimidated or out of place since the very first class I took.
