They are so unbelievably kind. I was very insecure about taking spin class bc I am very out of shape now, but everyone has been so welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend everyone try this place. The opportunity is definitely there to challenge yourself, but you can also go at your own pace. I started really slow and am looking forward to working my way up to a more intense workout as my fitness level improves. It’s a very non-judgmental and relaxed environment. Go check it out!

I started a membership at planet fitness in February but soon started getting bored and wanted to do something more exciting. I saw a post on Facebook saying that you could take one class for free and I thought 🧐 that’s it? Just one class? Lol let’s just say that I signed up for the 8 class/mo membership before I even changed back into my regular shoes. Solid spin studio with good vibes. I’ve done the unlimited monthly rides for the past few months and you can’t beat the convenience if you live in Morrisville or Easy Cary.
