Went to this bistro tonight, had reservations and everything for New Years. We got seated pretty quickly. It took us 10 minutes to get water after being seated. Nobody said hello to us or acknowledged us, not even the person who gave us the water. After 20 minutes without having an opportunity to order drinks/appetizers or even meet a waitress, we finally left. I have never walked out of a restaurant until tonight. Had a delightful dinner yesterday evening. I had the pork chop and my friend the salmon, both were delicious. I would highly recommend, very comfortable and not too noisy. Service was outstanding.
Service was terrible, waited 1 and 1/2 hours for an overdone steak. Waitress never came to explain the wait. On top of that after my food arrived it was definitely over done. The waitress never came back to the table to even ask about the food. Not impressed not going back. I could continue, like my wife had her salad plate sitting in front of her for 45 min. Etc etc etc.... terrible.
