I was not impressed with Dr.Gandhi at all. I was going in due to being bit on my hand which had then proceeded to spread. Was causing itching and swelling. First off his bedside manners are terrible. He told me it was possibly Herpetic Whitlow. Which is something that starts in the fingertips. The bite is nowhere near my fingers and is starting about 2 inches down from my knuckles. Called them when my insurance mistakenly signed me up for one of their doctors as a primary care physician. It was a mistake but while the receptionist was explaining that she was very rude, and she hung up on me while I had not treated her poorly at all.
The receptionist was racist and very rude 😠
I received fast & friendly service. Barb at the front desk & NP Maureen were great!
This place is amazing!!! Been here a couple times for my kids and I. The receptionist are always nice and always inform us about the wait time. The Dr.s here really care, they give quality care and not just rush you out the door. The rest of the staff are super sweet and kind. I understand it gets super busy in this location do to the only one with x-ray capabilities. Thank you to the staff for all you do and being open all year round even holidays.
