Horrible ER, my son needed stitches for a deep cut on his hand. The triage nurse did not even look at the wound. She took his vitals and sent us to wait. After two hours the other triage nurse said there were many ahead of us. Maybe they are short staffed or just unprofessional and uncaring. We left and went to Edwards and my son was seen immediately - May 10th 8pm to 10pm
