Rush Copley charges fosters for medical costs of foster children. They have put this foster family into collection for services provided by Dr. Ngyen, out of the Galena location. We have provided Medicaid information from the beginning. Alex Gilcrest, in billing, told me that as of today, we are still financially responsible, although she promised to resubmit. She is not the first to make this promise, all the while, we are receiving collection notices.

i have been waiting in the emergency room for 5 hours for my cut finger and tendant and i am still here waiting and have not even been touched. they still dont seem to be in any hurry at all to proceed. never coming here again. Edwards it is next time.
