I'm very satisfied with my first appt. with Dr. Berikai. She spent a reasonable amount of time with me listening to my symptoms and concerns, she ordered the necessary tests and was very thorough in her explanations. It's not uncommon for me to feel that I didn't get my concerns addressed by doctors; likely not because they don't care, but because they're in a system that doesn't allow them enough time to fully address them.
