The employees are super there. They are so experienced and helpful. They are very patient and help older adults ( people who are not as computer savv y) by explaining and showing them everything they need to know!!! BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very, Very dissatisfied with their so call customer service. They screwed up everything from the time I bought a new phone which has the wrong name as phone user. Then they changed the account owner to my name when the owner is my daughter. Called at least 8 times to clear up their mistakes. They didn,t call back, excuse to busy. So finally got hold of Chuck store mgr who said yesterday all ok. Guess what it is still a mess and not all ok. I am an older lady and think they could just pass me by with any excuse--sorry not so.... read more
This store is very professionally run and has a great staff. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. Nate S personally helped me pick a new phone that was right for me and got me a very good deal on it. Overall I am happy with my experience and will most definitely come back for all my cellular needs!
