Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. A nice change from other urgent cares I’ve been to. These people do care about your health and their customer service is top notch.
(Rr 71 location). Went early on a Thursday morning, only one other patient there. I was called to an exam room within 2 minutes and the care provider came in within 2 minutes. She spent about 5 minutes with me including discussion about my condition, checking out my vitals and lungs. She gave me ways to manage my symptoms as well as a prescription. She was very competent and friendly. This is a great facility.
Went there for a minor issue and the doctor prescribed the wrong medicine as apparently this was something viral not bacterial and I had a feeling it was viral out of the gate and the doctor still prescribed an antibacterial and then when calling in to try to see if I can just get a different prescription because whatever they gave me doesn't work whatsoever they said that they couldn't do that and that I would have to come back in and repeat the whole process. I paid a ton of money with no help whatsoever!!
