My doctor moved to this office during Covid so he hasn’t been there long. The building reception desk located when you walk in on the first floor is staffed by the rudest security and clerk I have ever encountered at a doctor office or really any building I have gone too. Security is always over aggressive and shoot comments at people. I have been here for visiting about 5-6 time every time I come there is an issue with these desk thugs, today was my hand touched two masks when I should have only touched one. Absolutely horrible! I will say that a couple of the male nurses were great but the bedside manner of one nurse and one Dr. we’re so unbelievably disgusting that I will think twice before going back to this location! I do not write reviews but we ended up at Rush University in Chicago .When all was said and done and they should’ve just admitted my child the first time instead of me having to go back for multiple visits.
