Your front desk staff are SO unprofessional and rude. They were loudly announcing people's personal health and financial information they were extremely rude to not only me but multiple other patients in there. Sarah at the front desk was talking to me in a mocking tone like she's a child even though she is clearly a grown woman. Just a really bad experience. I liked my doctor and I will be seeing him at his Aurora location instead since the staff here seem to be bothered to have to do their jobs they get paid for.
We had a great experience. Dr Gulino and his Staff were wonderful and patient with a stressed out mom and injured 3 year old son. Call times were a little longer than anyone would like but to me that just shows they are good at what they do and high demand for their services
I am giving 3 stars because of the service I received BEFORE my appointment was over. Dr. Paras was very nice and listened. Tabitha did a great job wrapping up my cast. However, my aftercare instructions were “you can bear no weight on either foot”. I had TWO broken feet. I’m in a wheelchair and I asked for them to walk me out. Tabitha rudely told me, “Can’t, we have clinical.” I was still in shock and I didn’t react as I normally would have. Tried to contact Dr. Bansal to no avail. Was met with leave a message junk. I have just given up trying to contact this Dr. Bansal as his staff is rude and downright mean. I wish I had Never heard of Dr. Bansal...
