Called about a pretty simple request, got a very rude response. Asked to get bolt off of extractor for me. Claims he could do it with some pliers.
Yelled at lady he don’t have time to fix her car she has the parts 20 the 30 minutes You need to learn not to treat the older people like that you should not be in business
Steve Rush has been my mechanic for many years. He's always been able to schedule appointments within a few days, after giving the car a quick look to see what the problem might be. Once I brought a friend's van that had a problem with the battery drained of power overnight. Several people had tried to find the problem with no success.
