All employees were little to no help made us walk around looking for help. We sat in the waiting rooms for more than a hour, and than once we where taken into the top We waited another hour and a half. Do better seriously

They need to hire better security and desk receptionists. My mother in law was passing, they gave us hours to a day max of life expectancy. Many family members arrived to say our goodbyes, but the lady at the desk had an attitude and kept saying we ALL wanted to see her, as in all at once. By this time we've all accepted the way covid has changed things and we knew we could all be in the room at once. Very good
