If your a homeowner needing a repair done....dont call these guys. I needed to get some bathroom remodeling done (which has alot of plumbing issues) and I was told they dont do service calls???
Work truck is unsecured, and while it was entering the highway, I watched pipe fittings fly off the back and into the road. Would never do service with this company if this is their standard of care
Rusco saved the day. After working hours myself and renting equipment, then having another plumber come out on a weekend call that didn’t figure it out or fix it, Rusco came out with an amazing crew that was on a mission to get us fixed up. Couldn’t ask for a better company, crew, or dedication to helping our family “flow” again.
I haven’t done their service, but I definitely won’t after seeing how one of their drivers drives. He cut me off when he was turning out of a gas station and proceeded to flip me off when I haunted the horn at him for cutting me off. He doesn’t use turn signals and ran a stop sign while hauling a trailer that had a giant construction digger on it.
