This was my first visit to Rural Roots. It’s clean, pleasant, and Aubrey is fantastic! Not only was she gentle on the scalp (let’s be honest, not everyone is!), but she is pleasant, kind, listened to what I was hoping for, and delivered. I’ve got my next appt scheduled! I highly recommend Aubrey.
Rural Roots is a very nice place to get your hair done, a pedicure,and your nails. The ladies are so nice and kind. They make you feel right at home. Try them and I just know you'll love the place.
I had such a bad experience and left super disappointed!! My stlist name was bre and she was honestly super rude, stand offish and honestly seemed hung over. She acted like she didn’t want to be there and had better things to do. Her prices are ridiculous and I felt very rushed the whole time. I think Bre needs to learn customer service before continuing in this line of work. My hair was not what I asked for and I will not be going back.
