I had such a bad experience and left super disappointed!! My stlist name was bre and she was honestly super rude, stand offish and honestly seemed hung over. She acted like she didn’t want to be there and had better things to do. Her prices are ridiculous and I felt very rushed the whole time. I think Bre needs to learn customer service before continuing in this line of work. My hair was not what I asked for and I will not be going back.
I went for the first time on 7/12/24 which was also my birthday. 🎉 Patience was thorough and very agile at her craft. I appreciate so much that she listened to my concerns. She rocks!
