A very, very poor job of communicating balances, insurance expectations, and potential hardships on new clients. It is possible to actually cause harm to clients by creating such a poor experience and increased stress and this is the only way RPA succeeds. For individuals in rural communities who have no choice but to utilize this service, it is unfortunate that’s such a predatory organization exists. Top dollar for barely mediocre service and providers is not a benefit to the community.
In case nobody knows, this clinic is only virtual appointments, I don't understand why the patient have to go to a physical address for a virtual appointment. on the insurance pages they suggested in person appointment, when the therapist it's not there.

If you live in the middle of nowhere ND, or even if you do live in Minot. I've had really great success with one of their providers. Her name is Grace she's amazing so I highly recommend RPA especially Grace. Very helpful and amazing to work with ❤️
