WARNING WARNING WARNING Avoid this Facility at all cost. I called in to schedule an appointment with a provider at what point they told me their appointments are done over a computer even if you come in person. (No point in coming in if it’s done Virtually) at a desk anywho. The scheduler at that point explained that they also can just schedule a telephone call I at that point explained I do not have video capabilities because I’m pretty sure that’s what you mean by phone call. She reassures me no just a simple phone call. !... read more

I went to Rural Psychiatry Associates for an autism evaluation, and therapy for family/medical trauma from my childhood…..and although the therapist is really nice, it feels like “therapy fast food” like my sessions are only like 15-20 minutes long if that, and not sure if this just a Minnesota branch thing but it’s very uncomfortable and unfortunate that they only do tele-health and don’t offer in person therapy……once on call it glitched, and I had to wait to get back into call, that honestly was the majority of the session... read more

Rural Psychiatry got my son in so quickly and have also been efficiently moving on to the next steps to evaluate him! This is after I have been on waitlists with everyone else for years now!
