I've always got great, friendly service. They've been reliable and honest. I've used them for HVAC and plumbing services multiple times.
Called in the evening, they arrived first thing in the morning & were very kind and competent. Two problems fixed in one go with no issues
I have been a long time customer of Rural for HVAC servicing. However the last time they came out, they stated we had zero Freon and needed a new unit. They couldn't supply a new unit and he sent us to another company even though we had a service contract with Rural. We were surprised as we had no issues with the unit, asked for someone to call back which they did not do. The second company came out and said all we needed was a top up of Freon and that was it.
