Refered to from a friend,everything ok at first but when some issues arose for doing my business insurance, he threw his hands up and quit. Did not return my calls, I left messages on both lines. At first I had to call to find out status, he would say uh it's this or that,but he would never call me first, always left me to call. Then I was on ignore. Very frustrating. Do not recommend.
Excellent communication and follow up with Kevin! Was very impressed with his knowledge of our options and ability to help us choose the best policies. Highly recommend!
