We had to call 911 and AMR arrived for my daughter. Know the history of there billing department mistake and surprised billing worried me a litte. But my daughter needed help. So billing kinda was out off. The medics that arrived were professional, caring and answered our questions. Since my daughter was coming out of her seizure I was able to ride in the ambulance so she was not scared. We arrived at mercy were I was able to stay with her through everything.
Ambulance driver ran me off the road because they don’t understand that when you are in a turning lane you must stay in the lane and not merge while in the intersection. I understand if business is slow but almost causing an accident due to negligence is appalling.
Terrible. AMR likes to talk patients, who should go, out of going to the hospital. They will try and scare elderly patients by telling them that they will catch COVID or the Flu if they’re transported to a hospital. So essentially, these crews don’t want to do their jobs.
I had to call an ambulance to take me to the emergency room at Buffalo General yesterday as I was unable to walk due to pain in my right leg. The two EMTs who came to get me were amazing. The way they moved me from my house in a chair, to putting me on the stretcher and into the ambulance and taking me into the emergency room was amazing.
