Fleecing you with emails pestering for ambulance balance. Even when the “No Surprises Act” explicitly disallows these. They’re fraudsters. Very sad to have this with an ambulance service.
They are billing my insurance and we have never even been there or used their service...ever
I live in Florida and somehow my information for insurance was used for services . I am not sure who is putting in information but I personally would never go here seems like uneducated children run the company/hospital
It feels like a fraud, sending messages that I owe them money even though my insurance paid them already. Also, they sent a bill by the end of the year, and threatened to send me to a collection agency. It is not what you want to deal with after an Emergency situation. You never call for fun to 911, just to enjoy the ride in an ambulance... So, it is very frustrating to deal with all these weird bills after recovery from a serious illness. Something is totally wrong with the billing department in this company.
