I just drove all the way to parrottsville for a scheduled appointment. I arrive and find a sign on the door that says do not enter, wait here for staff to assist you. Okay fine so I wait right outside the door. And I wait.... And I wait... And I wait....now keep in mind there's nobody else out there it's just me all alone standing there in excruciating back pain while nobody will bother to acknowledge my existence.
