I’ve gone to this store several times and have bought hundreds of dollars of products. This location sucks, employees aren’t helpful and slow, product shelves aren’t always stocked, empty shelves everywhere, some product packaging, shavings for example, are ripped spilling the contents and soaked from being improperly stored. I’m done with this location, I love rural king but as far as the Huber location goes, I’m done with it. A ton of thefts, unstocked shelves, damaged products, and slow non helpful employees. Gun buying experience is a bit slow but worth the wait
went to purchase a gun safe. Asked if I could purchase purchase the floor model with a bit of a reduction in price. was told no that he would rather sell me a new one. he then said no with a very sour attitude. so I decide to check the online listing an come to find out it's cheaper well I expected that. so I then asked again is there anything he could do for me on the safe. again a sour attitude an very rude an was told flat out no. Friendly staff an the coolest clothes! Even tho my cat food rang up wrong I still love Rural King! While there a customer brought in his pet Timber Wolf. (pic attached)
