RecommendedWhat does it take to get a reasonably steady supply of a feed product? I have been trying to get Nutrena Empower Balance for over a month. First there was an inventory problem, which they had to fix twice. Told them how many I wanted and they said they would make sure they got that in and call me. Two weeks later, no call NO PRODUCT! Said they got TWO in and it got snapped up - wasn't by me! I have shopped there a lot since it opened in Champaign. Almost always good experiences, can only recall one occassion that wasn't but won't get detailed here.
Three times I have went into store to buy a firearm and three times I have walked out due to lake of being waited on will not be back ever

We stopped in tonight to pick up some horse supplies and had a wonderful experience with the young man at the checkout. Thank you Gabe, for the humor and smile, you made our shopping experience at Rural King Supply very enjoyable.
Clean and inviting store. Awesome prices on a lot of things. The boots are cheaper and yet more expensive than Boot Barn depending on brand and style. I would definitely shop here again. Also free popcorn and coffee which is rare for a store to offer these days.
The Rural King in Rantoul seems to take better care of their rabbits then the one in champaign. A friend of mine found two dead bunnies this week and another one just got it and it died to malnutrition.
Two instances this month of pricing differences between shelf and checkout. In one case the item was $19.99 on the shelf and $26.98 at checkout. Cashier would do nothing. Not sure if it is bad management, deceptive practices, or both. Be very careful shopping here.
