my fiance and I put a pool in layaway and we went Friday to get it out of layaway after the kid working stock checked our receipt 3 times he came out with a pool on a cart once we got home and I had went to set it up we realized that we were given part of someone else's pool we called them to let them know they told us bring it back we have your pol so we loaded the other when we get there they told us we don't have your pool we are actually negative one and they could refund our money or once they get another from corporate... read more
DO NOT ORDER A TARTER PLANER FROM THE LAFAYETTE INDIANA RURAL KING. THEY TELL YOU IT CAN'T BE DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME. OKAY, DELIVER IT TO THE STORE AND I'LL PICK IT UP. THEY ACCEPT YOUR ORDER AND TIE UP $1200 ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEN CANCEL IT A MONTH LATER WITH NO EXPLANATION. WHEN YOU WRITE A REVIEW ABOUT IT ON THEIR WEBSITE, THEY SEND YOU AND EMAIL SAYING THEY WON'T POST IT DUE TO SHIPPING COMPLAINTS.
Store is always filthy, and customer service is a crap shoot. Some folks are great, some are the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Only go here when I have to- otherwise I'll make the trip to Big R or Blain's when I go past them.
I bought a car battery & had to provide name, address, & phone number before they would sell it to me. The guy in front of me bought 5 boxes of bullets & a drink, and didn’t need to give any personal information. I asked the cashier if this was necessary because I didn’t want a warranty or anything like that. She said it was what they are required to do & apologized.
You have a cashier that seems to love to argue, esp if the person she is arguing with has a different opinion. I as a customer, am not impressed with this.
need to get the cashiers to pick up the pace. the last 2 times of being in the store they were all slow as molasses in the winter!!
Great selection of pet food at good prices. Great place to take young pups to meet people of all ages and to experience various sounds.
What a pleasant experience! I was in the Lafayette store this past week, it was one of the first stores where I felt like the employees were glad I was shopping there. I encountered the store manager which was really on her game. I immediately understood why the employees were nice. I will be back!!
